I would just like you all to know - even though the quote for emergency data "saving"
was a bit of a shock - I do appreciate that the concentrated efforts put in by you
all warrants such a cost - and it is a small price to pay to recover from such a
loss.
You all did an excellent job - very professional indeed (and not just in comparison
to the other data company I rang). You have kept me up to date at all times and
I imagine, with someone less calm, this could be their life saver in such a situation
and did a perfect job!
